Leaders from Connecticut and Baden-Württemberg representing industry, government, and research institutions will showcase CT’s attractiveness for German investment as an epicenter of manufacturing, technology, and innovation. Program highlights will include:

  • A celebration of existing German-American partnerships and investments
  • How Industry 4.0/Internet of Things is revolutionizing manufacturing here and abroad
  • Reflections on best practices, future industry growth opportunities, supportive resources, and prospects for further investment in Connecticut
  • Existing challenges for advanced manufacturing in terms of trade, innovation and workforce
  • The way forward—incubating ideas, expanding global collaborations
