CRCOG recently completed work on a new Pedestrian/Bicycle Plan and is proposing to amend the Pedestrian/Bicycle section of the Regional Transportation Plan to include the new plan.  The Policy Board adopted the Ped/Bike plan in April 2008.  Please contact Sandy Fry or Brenda Watson for any questions, comments or if you would like a printed copy.

Previous Bicycle Plan
The region’s previous Bicycle Plan was adopted by the CRCOG Policy Board at its April 26, 2000 meeting. The Bicycle Plan - Executive Summary is available for downloading.

Previous Pedestrian Plan
The region’s previous Pedestrian Plan, entitled Walking Matters, was adopted by the CRCOG Policy Board on May 25, 2005.  The Pedestrian Plan - Full Report (72 pages) and the Pedestrian Plan - Executive Summary (15 pages) are both available.

Connecticut Department of Transportation State Bicycle/Pedestrian Plan
