The Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG), the Connecticut Department of Transportation (ConnDOT) and the Town of Rocky Hill are initiating a study to address safety, access management and development potential / growth along the Route 3 corridor in the town of Rocky Hill. We will be working with town officials and the public over the next 12 to 18 months to ensure safe and efficient circulation of vehicles, pedestrians, and bicyclists within the project area. The primary road segments included in the study include Route 3 south of Route 160 (New Britain Avenue), Interstate 91 (Interchange 23), West Street, and Brook Street in Rocky Hill.
Please feel free to contact Sandra Fry, Project Manager, at sfry@crcog.org or 860 522-2217 x220. We will continue to update this site with our findings and meeting announcements as the study progresses. |
