Rob is a Principal Transportation Engineer with over 25 years of experience. As a principal in CRCOG’s Transportation Department, his primary responsibilities include managing various State and Federal Transportation funding programs, performing Long Range Transportation Planning, and managing Corridor Studies. Rob also deals with federal compliance issues associated with CRCOG’s role as a designated Metropolitan Planning Organization, assumes a primary role in communicating with the CRCOG’s Transportation Subcommittee and CTDOT, and serves as CRCOG’s in-house engineering resource in providing technical assistance for towns and the region’s LOTCIP funding program.
Rob is a Connecticut native who has also resided in New York and Massachusetts. Prior to working at CRCOG, he served as a Project Manager at URS Corporation in Rocky Hill, CT where he managed and performed planning studies and design work for highway, busway, rail, and bridge projects. Rob resides in Glastonbury with his wife and two children. In his free time he enjoys playing golf and guitar.
