Kathy Rubera is the Junior Accountant at CRCOG and has worked for CRCOG for 13 years. Kathy’s main responsibilities are all aspects of the Accounts Payable/Receivables, Purchase Orders, G/L entries, Homeland Security and Dept. of Public Health reimbursement billing, reporting for managers, assists with payroll, and assists all departments with financial related needs. Kathy has an Associate of Science degree and has worked in the field of accounting, in both the private and government sectors, for over 35 years.
