Kimberly Bona began her career at CRCOG in October 2017. As a Program Manager in the Municipal Services Department, Kim manages the Capitol Region Purchasing Council and is responsible for organizing the monthly meetings of the Municipal Services Committee. In addition, Kim oversees the CRCOG Crumbling Foundation Reimbursement Program. Before joining the CRCOG team, Kim worked as the Executive Assistant for the Town of Columbia for 11 years.
Originally from Glastonbury, Kimberly now resides in Coventry with her significant other and fur-baby, ‘Babygirl’; a sweet Pitbull rescue. She has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Public Administration. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her niece and nephew, Livi and Eddie. Kim is a lifelong Yankees fan who began rooting for the team when she was just a young girl. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Kim enjoys shopping, golfing, cooking, working out, trips to the beach, reading, and traveling.
