CRCOG is seeking responses from qualified engineering firms with experience in concrete foundation replacement at privately owned homes. The purpose of this RFQ is to provide a list of qualified structural engineers for an indefinite quantity of potential users, made up of property owners in several towns in Eastern Connecticut who need engineering assistance to replace crumbling concrete foundations at their property.
Responses will be received until, but not later than, 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 28, 2016, addressed to Maureen Goulet, Purchasing Program Manager, at the Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG), 241 Main Street, 4th Floor, Hartford, CT 06106.
Responses should be clearly marked “STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING SERVICES”.
