Rob serves as CRCOG’s Director of Transportation Planning, overseeing CRCOG’s Transportation Planning Department. A Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience, he is responsible for managing CRCOG’s resources and planning programs focused on improving the region’s transportation system and helping ensure that development is progressed in a logical and responsible manner. Critical to his responsibilities, is ensuring CRCOG fulfills its role as the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Hartford Metropolitan area, and that Land Use planning is coordinated regionally.
Rob is a Connecticut native who has also resided in New York and Massachusetts. Prior to working at CRCOG, he served as a Project Manager at URS Corporation in Rocky Hill, CT where he managed and performed planning studies and design work for highway, busway, rail, and bridge projects.
