Thomas Borden is a new Principal Transportation Engineer at CRCOG. Before joining CRCOG, Tom was a project manager at H.W. Lochner, overseeing highway design, freeway interchange, and intersection improvement projects. Tom also had a long career as lead engineer at the CTDOT’s Project Development Unit and, as such, collaborated with many municipalities throughout the state to develop and initiate transportation improvement projects on primary and secondary roadway networks. Tom graduated from Hartford State Technical College with a degree in Civil Engineering.
