Every four years, the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) must certify that the Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) is carrying out the metropolitan planning process for the Hartford Transportation Management Area (TMA) in adherence with federal statutes and regulations.
On October 25 and 26, 2021, the the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) will conduct a review of CRCOG's metropolitan planning process. As part of this review, there will be an opportunity for public comment on October 25, 2021 from 11:15am to 11:45am via phone or online access, as detailed here.
