CRCOG is seeking assistance with the coordination and implementation of a Complete Streets Demonstration and Training Project to be conducted statewide in conjunction with other COGs and local municipalities. This project is part of a larger five-year grant from the Connecticut Department of Public Health as the Active Transportation component of their Statewide Physical Activity and Nutrition (SPAN) Grant. A Request for Qualifications, including a preliminary scope of work, consulting firm requirements, and submission instructions may be found below. Questions should be directed in writing to the CRCOG staff indicated in the RFQ. Statements of qualifications must be received by CRCOG no later than 2:00 p.m. EST on Friday, May 7, 2021. Responses received after this date and time will not be considered.
