At the December 2016 Policy Board meeting, CRCOG recognized Richard Hines (Avon). On behalf of the Board, Chairperson Chip Beckett presented Mr. Hines with a service award plaque for his service as a CRCOG Town of Avon Representative since 1984. Mr. Hines has retired after 32 years of dedication and leadership. CRCOG is grateful to Mr. Hines and wishes him a happy retirement!
